BEWARE Of INTERNATIONAL PEACE CONVENTION, Dubai – Remain In Your Homes And Protect Yourself From Harm DON’T CHOOSE THE PATH OF DEVIATION BY ATTENDING THE PEACE CONVENTION. REMAIN IN YOUR HOMES AND PROTECT YOURSELF FROM HARM With the “International Peace Convention” scheduled to take place in Dubai this coming weekend, it is important that we advise our brothers and sisters to stay far away from this deviated event. If you desire the pleasure of Allah and His reward in the Hereafter, then remain in your homes. If you prefer deviation and misguidance, then the choice is your. All of the speakers that are scheduled for this event have serious errors in their ‘Aqeedah and Manhaj and most of them have been refuted by the major scholars in one form or another. These are people who are misguided themselves and are misguiding others. From amongst them to mention a few are: Zakir Naik, Yusuf Estes, Nouman Ali Khan, Tawfiq Choudury, Mufti Menk, Waleed Basyouni, and others. While they may be well-known, eloquent in speech, and entertaining, they will do nothing other thanLEAD YOU ASTRAY from the straight path. From ‘Abdullaah Ibn ‘Umar Ibnul ‘Aas (radiyallaahu ‘anhu) who said, “I heard the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) saying, ‘Verily Allaah does not take away knowledge by snatching it away from the people, rather He takes it away by taking away the scholars, until there is not one scholar left. So the people will take ignorant leaders, so they will be asked, and they will give rulings without knowledge. So they will be misguided, and they will misguide.‘” [Saheeh Muslim (8/60)] “So what is intended by ru’oosan juhhaalan (ignorant leaders) is not that they can neither read nor write, rather the intent is the one who speaks about the religion of Allah without knowledge, even if he is one who delivers sermons, authors (books), gives advice and admonition…They are the ignorant (people) from whom knowledge is NOT acquired.
