BIBLE AGNOSTIC ALERT Hi all. It looks like its time for another Bible Agnostic Alert. James Snapp posts: we agree that Gods Word does not need correction. But you seem to be approaching the subject from the premise that Gods Word = the KJV in every detail. Whereas I would not grant that, and thus it would follow that where the KJVs meaning does not square up with the meaning of the original text, either the KJV should be corrected, or else some creative approach by the church may be edified by both the original text, and the translation, should be developed Just so you all know, not everyone here is KJB only. We have some Bible agnostics like James Snapp who PRETENDS to be a believer in the inerrancy of the Bible, but has NO inerrant Bible to show you. You see, hes still working on it and it hasnt gotten to the printers yet. He will even talk piously about the Word of God, when he really means the word of God. Word of God = Lord Jesus Christ, as contrasted to the word of God = the written words that tell everything God wants us to know both about the Word of God and lots and lots of other things as well. James, in typical bible agnostic style, will reverently refer to something that does not square up with the meaning of the original text, when the truth of the matter is that James has never seen a single word of this the original text a day in his life. So he has NO way to prove or know what this phantom the original text said or how it allegedly does not square up with what we find in our King James Bible. But that doesnt seem to deter him in the least from implying that he does, and that you need to come to HIM in order to find out what God REALLY said. So, please keep these things firmly in mind whenever you see James Snapp posting his stuff. Thank you and God bless.
