BIG BIG THANK you first of all the the Pushers SketchComedy, Push - TopicsExpress

BIG BIG THANK you first of all the the Pushers SketchComedy, Push Comedy Theater, Generic Theater and the Virginia Beach Funny Bone for allowing me to be a part of the 3rd Annual Norfolk Comedy Festival! All 4 shows for the stand up had great crowds and the performers stepped up and knocked it out of the park! ALSO THANK YOU to FM Restaurant, MAN, not just and awesome venue, great food & drink selection, but the staff is INCREDIBLE! Hands down THE BEST I have witnessed from ANY comedy show I have been a part of that took place in a non-traditional club setting. Allen, Chas Hartley & Jessica Hartley did an incredible job of directing an incredible staff! Great service, crowd control, sound man and a great stage. The complete foundation and perfect environment for a comedy show. You can expect more comedy at FM, with the promise to deliver the same caliber of talent and quality of shows we had the honor of providing to this festival all weekend. Thank you to Bobbys Barbq (best BBQ in VA & I dare even to say NC) for advertising with the fest and helping make it possible to the bring the amazing talent to town. It was a great experience working with John Gilbreath co-producing this event. I have always admired the quality and professionalism he demonstrates and the shows he produces around town, and it just makes producing a show of this magnitude 1,000 times easier when you work with somebody who understands the business and technical end of things as well as John does. Had a blast with ya man. Thank you to F Alex Scott, Matt Ward, Neko White, Louis Bishop, Clifton Freeman Cash, Matt White, Colton DeMonte, Blayr Nias, Ryan Van Genderen, Todd Riley, Sean Michael Malec, Kristen Marie Sivills, Joy Julian Thechesapeakecharmer, Jon Small and Jerry L. Sheeley for bringing the funny and help build towards making this festival a national name. Thank you to all of the local comics who came out to support over the weekend, Josh OBrien (as always) Mike Easmeil (your presence and advice is well appreciated), Jool Jones, Dick Satori, Lisa Cafiero, as well as alumni & current students of the FunnyBone ComedySchool Nate Granger, Cecil Achord, Candace Berg, Robin Segbers, Tricia Marcarian, and Ginny Dukes! One more shout out once again to the Pushers Bradford McMurran, Sean Devereux & Ed Carden. These guys work hard and play hard and have built an incredible brand in this community with their art and this festival is a vision of theirs which has gained tremendous momentum over the past 3 years, and I am honored to have been a part of each one so far. Thank you guys again, and lets make #4 an even bigger one! I had fun thank you everybody!
