BIG NEWS: The Prequel to ReVeN: XBridge is now available on clay.io! Heres a link: xbridge.clay.io Xbridge is a free-to-play space shooter, full of retro overtones and a bumping soundtrack by Mark McLemore! Since we missed our stretch goal that would have given us all the funds we needed to make the game ReVeN faster, we needed to get jobs to help sustain ourselves. After much debate, we decided to do something for the fans that would also help us make some income on the side while we work on ReVeN! It ultimately worked out even better, as much of the code between ReVeN and Xbridge is shared, thus speeding up the development of ReVeN considerably! While the ReVeN beta has been pushed back several months, we have some very exciting news! Due to the recent implementation of the Multiplayer server plugin that was added to Construct 2 (The game engine ReVeN is using) Not only will ReVeN come with Multiplayer out of the box, The ReVeN Beta will be a multiplayer Beta! Weve been working hard to ensure this is possible, and in fact, Xbridge has a good portion of the network code that will be used in ReVeN. Xbridge was a learning experience of sorts, and were both more than prepared to get the ReVeN beta into the hands of the ReVeNites as soon as its ready!
