I am thinking DUDE LIKE WHAT THE... HAVE SOME SELF RESPECT AND PULL YOUR PANTS UP, not one person told him to pull his pants up, they just laughed. I walked past him and said, CMON MAN... SERIOUS PULL YOUR PANTS UP PLEASE and then he turns to me and says,LADY CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE MY PANTS IS STUCK IN THE BIKE CHAIN BUAHAHAHAHA. Luckily I had scissors in my bag, I take him to the side, tell the poor guy to take his pants off, give him my jumper to tie around his waist and cut the pants free from the bike LOL ...
