BITS – PILANI, HYDERABAD CAMPUS Academic Registration and Counselling Division Second Semester 2014 – 2015 Date: 21-01-2015 ATTN: ALL PARTIALLY REGISTERED STUDENTS It has come to the ARCD notice that, for various reasons (mostly due to timetable issues and availability of seats in the courses/sections), some students ended up with partial registration during the Second semester 2014-15 registration. Typical cases of such partial registration are: 1. Not able to register in the compulsory/named courses of their respective Second semester 2014-15 courses 2. Not able to register in all the components like Lecture section/tutorial sections/practical sections etc. All the students are strongly advised to check their respective registrations and timetables through ERP to ensure that their registrations are complete and not partial. All partially registered students are hereby strongly advised to complete their registration latest by 22/01/2015. In order to facilitate the registration for such partially registered students, Timetable/ARCD/ERP teams would be available as per the following time schedules. All partially registered students should come as per the schedules and complete their registration. Batch Time slots Venue 2010 21/01/2015 (2.30 pm - 3.30 pm) Time Table Room C308 2011 21/01/2015 AN (2.30 pm – 6.00 pm) 2012 21/01/2015 AN (2.30 pm – 6.00 pm) 2013 22/01/2015 FN (9.30 am - 1.00 pm) 2014 22/01/2015 AN (2.30 pm – 6.00 pm) It may be noted that, this is essentially an opportunity being given only for the students who could not register for compulsory/named courses only and is not meant for students who could not get the sections/courses of their choice. Hence requests from such students will not be entertained. Further, it is to be noted that the time schedules given above are to be strictly followed, and in no case requests beyond 22/01/2015 shall be entertained and the registration for second semester 2014-2015 shall be closed.
