BJS Event Update: Bharatiya Jain Sangathan, Pune region organised Re-marriage Parichay Sammelan on Sunday 30th November, 2014 at Mahaveer Pratishthan. At this Matrimonial Meet, 102 male and 28 female participants were present. This provided a platform for the Divorcee, widow, widowers, physically challenged people from the community to look for suitable partners. Second marriage has been a taboo even a few years ago. Family members in such situations are often worried and are hesitant to make a move to find the right partner for their children who are willing to tie the knot again. Similarly, finding a suitable partner for girls and boys with disabilities is often grim. With the noble aim to provide a brighter and positive future, BJS has been conducting this Matrimonial Meet since 1995. Ever since, this platform has been a boon for the participants and many admit they find it more comfortable and convenient to interact with people. The participants are increasingly eager to give marriage a second chance and find a more satisfying relationship. A successful marriage positively contributes to the development of the society and the karyakartas at BJS having realised the increasing preferences of youth in seeking their life partners are dedicatedly working towards different modules of matrimonial meets to create ease in finding suitable matches. We wish good luck to all the participants who attended the matrimonial meet and hope they find their suitable partners! We extend our sincere gratitude to Shri.
