BLACK MAN BLACK WOMAN Until this very day I am still amazed by the ever growing divide in our community. Amazed that we were brought to this country in fear and terror, fighting and dying to stay together. Crippled by the thought of being separated from one another. A few hundred years later we are in a position to get rich, own a few things, even gain a measure of power, and the thought of rebuilding our torn community hardly crosses our mind. We are now in a position to get our women back, get our men back and begin breeding a brighter future. Crazy, they removed the chains and we abandon each other on our own volition. Even in North Carolina, everywhere I turn I see a brother with a Becky under his arm, and a baby in the carriage, looking responsible, looking like a wonderful father. I mean no harm or disrespect to your relationship, but this bothers me. We went through the worse things imaginable, TOGETHER. How can we forsake one another this way? Especially now that we have the means to rebuild. NEARLY 75% of black babies are being born into a fatherless household...and youre breeding with and holding down a Becky. WE DO NOT HAVE ANOTHER GENERATION TO SPARE. This post was inspired by an inbox message I received from a sistah dear to me. Muhjahid Qahhar
