~BLISS Check Are you trying to be or do something that is FIGHTING against the moment of where you are right now? Are you trying to get to the destination and miss totally how you desire to feel NOW along the journey? I’ve been sick over the past couple of days (yup, on Thanksgiving too) but instead of moping around about it, I’ve given myself permission to feel the way I do and to have released whatever is coming through my body. I had something pretty big planned for this weekend, but the thing is, I can’t know if I’ll be able to do it or not anymore. So in the meantime, I’m doing my best to keep healthy and see where it leads me. What I truly desire is to embrace how I feel, nurture, and allow for some peaceful movement to come into my day. Nothing is by accident - and its not because of some woo-woo law. Nothing is by accident due to every decision we’ve made right before this moment. So, take a look at where you are. What is it that you truly desire? Get into the feeling. Is it peace? relaxation? movement? love? spontaneity? adventure? Allow yourself to feel this and take action from here. By giving yourself permission to do so, you show up for yourself in a PROFOUND way. As a side note, be careful on those roads today if you’re in the U.S.! A consumer’s day such as Black Friday is filled with people who are not content until they get to their destination and most likely, will not have the opportunity to think of anyone else in their way. Hence, collisions, car accidents, drama, elevated stress, etc. So check in and be mindful with what you need my friend! The journey is key. As for me, I’m sipping on some soothing tea, gulping down Airborn, and about to head out for a peaceful walk in nature with family. What is your desired feeling for today?
