Heres an excerpt: ~ In this democracy I hope that there are more of us who do not believe that the highest motives justify violence, lying, and breaking the law as a means to achieving the goals of a free and open society. Yet, that is exactly what some of these individuals did in the fear generated by the Stalinist threat. In defense of democracy, this government proved that it was willing to do the very things for which we condemned the communists for doing in their dictatorship. Today, we witness the United States using the most Draconian methods for achieving goals in foreign policy, Medical and Economic Blackmail. In other words, if the means justifies the end, then starve the Serbs into submission or worse, perpetrate medical genocide, as is the case currently in Belgrade. Before we consider war crimes tribunals in the current Balkan conflict, the United Nations should begin by prosecuting the known criminals who escaped such punishment in 1945. Some of these individuals have gained respectability through the efforts of the CIA and the State Department, but, they remain murderers of thousands of Serbian and Jewish victims in the Balkans. Justice in this war will never be served if the thousands of war criminals from 1945 go free. With the genocide extinguished in 1945, many individuals still young enough to slit a Serbian throat have returned to Croatia and Bosnia from California, Argentina, Germany and Australia to resume their killing binge. A million Serbian deaths have not erased this ethnic hatred, nor will the extermination of the remaining 10 million Serbs quench this blood lust and Nazi dreams.
