BLOWN AWAY & HUMBLED…. we are *HOME* and after 5 hours of playing w/ the kids & a nap, Here are my top 5 take-aways from our cruise & coach vacation: (1) Friendships that started online are REAL and STRONG…we meet so many people online now through youtube, Facebook and email and we get to see them through the filtered lens of our computer screens & cell phones. Right before meeting them in person, you wonder “Will this be awkward? or will we be friends like we are on FB?” Well I can tell you that finally meeting some of our coaches in-person for the first time is like re-uniting with an old friend! INSTANTLY, we are hugging, laughing and talking as if we’ve been friends a long time! WHY? Because we’ve STRUGGLED TOGETHER (with our health), and we’ve TRIUMPHED TOGETHER with our transformations (physically, financially, emotionally). True friendships don’t require someone to live locally to you. I LOVE that technology allows us to find each other and form STRONG BONDS that tie us together. (2) Cruising with a group of friends is A LOT of fun. I’ve never been on a cruise before and I didn’t know what to expect. Being on a gigantic ship with 4000 people in close quarters could end up in a variety of ways. The ship was UNBELIEVABLE amazing…the VIEWs were surreal, the food & service was AWESOME, the entertainment was better than expected, the on-shore excursions were INCREDIBLE...However, when with you’re with a big group of friends, it is SO MUCH BETTER!!! (3) I’m HONORED to be leading a team of such amazing individuals — there were many moments on this trip, where I got a bit emotional when we were together in a big group and I saw everyone having such an amazing time…To see HOW MUCH their lives have changed… the SMILES on their faces, HOW HAPPY they were, the FRIENDSHIPS that existed.. the SUPPORT they gave each other. And it hit me that I had a hand in bringing these people together. I believe I’m just a vessel doing God’s work to help His Children and there were many moments where I got quiet, and a little choked up just witnessing what has taken place. This is my first time in network marketing and I had NO IDEA it would be this rewarding. I’ve never had a JOB that comes anywhere close to what this allows us to do. To make such an impact on people’s lives and build so many friendships. I am blown away and humbled that Kate & I started this team... (4) I FEEL BLESSED to have a business with residual income that grew while I was gone on vacation for a week. For the first time in 3 years, I didn’t check my coach online office on Weds night (before the weekly roll-over) and I was blown away when I finally did and saw how much our business grew in the week we were gone!!! Why? because I’m not in business by myself… we now have a team of thousands of coaches who are united with a common purpose and when they grow their business, it also grows ours! Unlike any “job”!! Help people achieve their goals, and you can achieve your goals. (5) I am HONORED to be a Beachbody Coach! When the trip ended and the Cruise staff kept telling us how we were their FAVORITE group of their entire 5-month Caribbean cruising season, it was just another affirmation of what I already knew: Beachbody has attracted & built an AMAZING network of coaches! Some of the most POSITIVE, FRIENDLY, & CARING people you will ever know! I also recognized on this trip how Beachbody works REALLY HARD to take care of us, to RECOGNIZE our hard work, to foster strong relationships and to make us FEEL IMPORTANT. And all the small details at the celebrations DID NOT GO UNNOTICED!! Seriously, the BEST thing about being a Beachbody coach is not the products or the money earned, it’s the friendships with amazing people! I CANNOT wait until the Annual COACH SUMMIT in Vegas in June!!! God be with you till we meet again, Friends!
