BMS Project Manager - North West Manchester & surrounding Permanent The role: The BMS Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects or varying sizes, our client operates the majority of its projects on a fixed price basis and generally completes works for M&E companies as well as end client users and consultancy businesses. The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring the projects are delivered on time, on budget and meeting customer expectations. Key responsibilities: Be responsible for the commercial performance and overall direction, co-ordination ,implementation, execution, control and completion of major projects in line with high standards Take projects from sales to handover, interpret and understand quote and scope of works specifications and look to improve a sold gross margin Be responsible for health and safety management on all managed projects Regularly review, monitor and report on the progress of all projects, delays and resourcing amendments to customers and operations managers Provide projects co-ordinator with sufficient notice for all engineering and commissioning requirements Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained Essential requirements: CITB/SSSTS H&S accreditation or IOSH equivalent Minimum of 3 years experience managing projects within the BMS sector Experience of managing projects ranging from £5k - £300k in value Demonstrable experience of producing and managing a programme of works Good level of knowledge of BMS applications within new build projects This is an excellent opportunity to work for a successful BMS company who continue to grow, the company are well known for assisting in professional development and can offer a good benefits package and secure position.
