BOATERS, DISC GOLFERS - CLOSURE REMINDER - PLEASE SHARE: *Lucky Peak Dam will be CLOSED Friday through early Saturday afternoon, June 7th. *No overnight parking will be allowed at Barclay Bay effective Tuesday at sunset - reopens Saturday afternoon. *No overnight parking will be allowed at Turner Gulch effective Thursday at sunset - reopens Saturday afternoon. *No access beyond the Spillway parking area to Lydle Gulch, Turner Gulch or Barclay Bay will be allowed (by vehicle) effective Thursday at sunset - reopens Saturday afternoon. *Vehicles remaining after posted closures may be cited and towed. A triathlon event will involve Lucky Peak, Highway 21, and many city surface streets on 7 June. There will be many other interruptions and delays around Boise and along Highway 21 so if youre travelling out this way, it would be advisable to get an early start and be through the area by 11AM. Between 11 and 3PM expect pilot cars and major delays. All areas beyond Lucky Peak Dam along Highway 21, including Spring Shores Marina, should be unaffected.
