BODY BEAST 29/90 Every day we should go just a little harder then the day before. Little increases in something. One more Rep, a little heavier weight, walk 100 more steps, one less sweet, one more cup of water, whatever path your on in your life, strive to be better everyday, its the little things compounded daily that will make huge changes in your life!! Today was Leg Day, I decided to push myself hard and increased my weights by 10lbs on every exercise and complete all the reps. Mission accomplished. Well as seen in the video, I went big in my Split Squats, from 30/50/80 lbs to 40/70/110 lbs. What are you gonna do today to push just a little harder?
