BODY LANGUAGE - feel that niggle in your elbow, that pain in your neck, that tightness in your leg. THIS is your body speaking to you..telling you something is amiss..LISTEN to it. Get used to LISTENING to your body and LEARNING its signs of distress A true BODYBUILDER will be able to recognize this..get it sorted..and RETURN back to the gym in HASTE but if your ignoring it. Hoping it will go away. it gets WORSE. May even hinder your training. Listen to your body. It WILL tell you what it needs. You just have to LISTEN. Take time stretching, get a massage, accupuncture, cool down with some cardio and take PROPER care to warm up. An injury keeps you OUT of the gym..and a BODYBUILDER hates being out of his element.
