BOKO HARAM WILL SHOOT OR BOMB TO WELCOME THE NEW CHEIF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS), GEN.KENNETH.T.J.MINNIMAH. HE SHOULD BE PREPARED. May I join my voice in congratulating Maj.Gen. Kenneth T.J.Minnimah on his enthronement as the new Chief of Army Staff (COAS). My heart also goes to President GEJ for this laudable and very sensitive and strategic move. Gracias!, His excellency. Now as common practice, many of us (Nigerians, Rivers people and Opobians) will claim ownership of Gen.Minnimah (especially, now that hes a somebody in the publics glare), but fail to tell him the challenges ahead of him, thats immaterial anyway. Truth is, inasmuch as his appointment is a welcomed development, the inherent challenges may either make or mare the General if properly x-rayed and if hes not careful and tactful. What am I saying? General Minnimah will have a lot to contend with, first, if the out-going or already out-gone COAS is not happy with him or if he is not in good terms with him, there may be another security imbroglio. Never trust these Generals until theyre six feet gone. (Emphasis mine). That aside, the ex-Generals (especially, the desperado retired Generals heating up the polity), if theyre also not happy, will unleash their first attack by using their BOKO template. This theyll do just to discredit Gen. Minnimah as not being fit to become Chief of Army Staff (COAS). Find out, they did same to late.Gen.Azazi upon his enthronement as NSA but deadened or silenced their attacks when Dasuki took over, find out. I mean, the BOKO BIYS. Also find out, the BOKO activities will increase as well as some street urchins in the South will parade as militants all in the bid to achieving their 2015 agenda for some visionless and greedy politicians. This is Nigerian politics, the Politicians will do everything within their reach to discredit Gen.Minnimah. Anyways, all of this depends on how swift and how prepared Gen.Minnimah is. I must believe he knows his onions, just maybe. Now my advice and plea to the spanking new Chief of Army Staff (COAS). Please sir, in your interest, do not be cowed by the BOKO BOYS and their failed sponsors both in the North and South, follow them or take them head-on. And, be combat-ready for their attack(s), soon. There shall not be any security loosed ends, tighten your seat belt, open ya eyes. Retire some security Chiefs, do a lot of rejigging and/or retooling of the Army by redeploying some from their present barracks and commands. Also, the politicians may want to rubbish you by causing mayhem in your home State (Rivers State), please, follow them bumper-to-bumper, like I said, there shall not be any loosed-ends. Moreover, we have heard cases where the Presidents life is threatened, open ya eyes on this, sir. Weve heard and had had of situations where brothers in the military were used to betray their own by others, please, stay away from all evil company/associates or, bad-belles.There shall be no Coup and all the coupists must bow and surrender. In fact, you already know them. Find them and scuttle their plans. Also, General, sir. For some time now, the Joint-Military Task Force aka JTF has made the Niger Delta their place of abode. Sir, much as I acknowledge the worth of their presence few years ago, I am yet to decipher their importance at the moment. Sir, most of these JTF personnel are largely into bunkering also known as Kpo-fire which further degrades the Niger Delta environment that causes all sorts of sicknesses ranging from airborne, waterborne, chemicals and food poisoning. Most of these armed personnels do not bother to investigate issues before they react, they shoot almost every Young man they see on our water-ways knowing fully well were fishermen. Sir, it is shameful that the rural-poor are now securing and looking after those meant to look after us by the Government. Trust me, the JTF have over-stayed its welcome and over-used its use in the Niger Delta terrain, there is relative peace, let our people enjoy their peace and quiet than the so called JTF making our grandparents, pregnant women, Children etc to crawl on their knees in the name of security in the Niger Delta even when theres no fight. Please, my revered General Minnimah, being the CHEIF of Army Staff (COAS) means youre in-charge of the Nigerian Army, not the nPDPs Army Chief or the PDPs Army Chief or the APCs Army Chief. Please, do not allow yourself to be used by any political party, youre in-charge of National security not one mans security or the security of the microscopic few. Sir, do all you can to see that Nigerian Students lives are protected and spared as well as all Nigerians, no Nigerian Student should be killed or unlawfully harassed or arrested. Sir, let the Army and the entire Armed Forces not be used to protect one community or State over the rests, be fair to all and discharge your duties accordingly. Remember youre under two Constitutions as a military man (the 1999 Constitution and the Military Constitution). Show your detractors class and refined style laced with in-depth security dexterity. Ill stop here for now, but like I said, be prepared for major attacks from the BOKO BOYS if youre not in good terms with some ex-Generals and some serving Governors.
