BONAFIDE NEWS FLASH!!! It’s happening!!! This Thursday October 2, will be the soft opening of Bonafide Yoga Studio! 6 Wheeler Road, Cape Elizabeth, ME! The first class will be a restorative so you can check the place out and RELAX!! Class will be from 6:00-7:15 please arrive early to fill out a waiver and a class card. Spots are limited to about 11 so it’s first come first serve since I haven’t figured a way to sign up on line yet. Class price will go as follows: 1st class free Drop in $12 - Student $10 5 class pass $55 10 class pass $100 Student Passes will stay at $10 a class. I have been working on a schedule so far it goes like this: Monday 9:00 – 10:15 am Vinyasa Light and Deep Stretch Tuesday and Wednesday Mornings Vinyasa Flow from 9:00 – 10:15 Monday evening from 5:30 – 6:45 Vinyasa Flow Thursday evening 5:30 – 6:45 Vinyasa Light and Deep Stretch Sunday 5:00 – 6:15 Restorative This Schedule is subject to change as we settle into a rhythm. Please park in driveway and think about carpooling if you are coming with a friend, as parking is somewhat limited. What to bring? Water Towel I have mats but if you prefer your own please feel free!
