Here are some EASY bootylicious booty building exercisers for you to work on your lady lumps for summer! • DEAD LIFTS - Preform with correct technique feeling a stretch through back of hamstrings and glutes when bending from the hips forward while maintaining a strong core and straight back. • STEP UPS ON TO BENCH - Step on to a high bench holding a weight on your chest, maintain straight posture and squeeze your booty while stepping up as though Ryan Gosling just pinched it. Repeat. • LUNGES - Lunge forward while holding weights, when you lunge maintain 90degrees on each knee when in lunge position. Aim for straight posture and strong core, squeezing the bum with each step. Summer booty under construction!
