BOROUGH OF TELFORD & WREKIN hereby give Notice under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and all other enabling powers, that from 19th August 2013 for a maximum period of 5 days or until the earlier completion of the works expected to be 2 days. Temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic travelling along Fishers Lock, Newport, in its entirety. Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, over the length of the closure. This Notice will be defined when signs are displayed on street in accordance with Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs Manual. The purpose of the Order is to protect the general public from any danger that may arise whilst highway maintenance works are being undertaken.
