BOSTON: My house is looking for a fourth roommate for Sept. 1st! About us: We live on the first floor of a three-story house in JP. We are located about a 5-10 minute walk from the Green St. station, and we are about a two minute walk from the 39 bus. You would be living with three ladies who are looking to maintain a clean, quiet, and relaxed home environment. We all play music (though we dont blast our instruments at home), and we are all vegetarian/vegan. Our landlords, an older couple who are longtime residents of Boston/JP, live above us. We occasionally host out-of-town friends, but we try to give each other at least a days notice. We are definitely not a party house, but we like to have a few friends over to hang out. Rooms are huge. Backyard/front porch/washer/dryer/free parking. Practical stuff: Rent is currently $475/month. We have internet, gas, and electric bills which we split four ways. During the summer, bills usually total to $40-70 per person. In the winter it can be more than that because of the heat bill!
