BREAKING: A two-vehicle accident including a cement truck and passenger car occurred at approximately 3:35 p.m. on state Route 18 near mile marker 20. According to dispatch reports, a woman was still inside the vehicle when the accident was reported to the St. George 911 Communication Center. Utah Highway Patrol troopers stated northbound lanes on SR-18 are blocked, so traffic is being diverted through southbound lanes. Spectrum Media reporter Ken Hedler is on his way to the scene.
