BREAKING ABSINTHOS What is Absinthos? It is the spirit of bitterness. Well described in Rev. 8:10-11, Deut. 29:18. The word WORMWOOD in the Greek word is ABSINTHOS. Her activities is to fall to earth and poison the water and spread death over Gods life-giving rivers (Ps. 46:4, John. 4:14). Lets look at the word bitterness and wormwood: bitterness, originally ROSH, means head of poison, it was used for venom from a snake or poison from the head of a plant. Wormwood, orignally LAANAH, refers to a poison that curses. When absinthos comes, it makes a person bitter, and the result are horrific. TAKE NOTE: 1. It starts small: James 4:1-5, Prv. 6:12-19 2. It spreads quickly: Lam. 1:4 3. It hinders blessing and bring curses: Jams. 4:7-12 WAY OUT: 1. We must walk in the Spirit using pure, peaceable wisdom from above-James. 3:13-18 2. We must show forgiveness and pardon others - Eph. 4:32 3. We must purseu peace and run after it: Heb 12:14-15. Prophetic instruction: Make a list of all who has offended you and pray one by one release them from your heart. I know it is a hard task but it is profitable.
