BREAKING: Duchesne County prosecutors have charged Myton Police - TopicsExpress

BREAKING: Duchesne County prosecutors have charged Myton Police Chief Wade Butterfield with three counts of stalking, a class A misdemeanor, one count of trespassing, a class A misdemeanor, and one count of unlawful detention, a class B misdemeanor. The charges stem from allegations made by three women against Butterfield. Two of those women obtained temporary stalking injunctions against the chief today. I am not working today, but KSL-TV and the Deseret News are working to gather more information about the case, including a response from Butterfield and Myton Mayor Kathleen Cooper. Ill provide an update as soon as its available.
