BREAKING: EVACUATION ORDER FOR JULY COMPLEX Effective 7 pm, August 11, the July Complex Incident Commander has requested an Evacuation Order be issued by the Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office for residents of Sawyers Bar, Eddy Gulch and Little North Fork. This is for residents along Sawyers Bar Road between Whites Gulch and the 40N51 Road and Eddy Gulch Road from Sawyers Bar Road to Black Bear Summit. Once you leave, you may not be able to reenter the evacuation area until the fire danger has passed. Important- Exit via Sawyers Bar Rd to Forks of the Salmon and then take Salmon River Rd to Highway 96. Domestic pets may be taken to the evacuation center at the Jackson Street School in Yreka where kennels will be available.
