BREAKING:Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust has been hit with a £220,000 fine over the death of a patient in 2007. Diabetic Gillian Astbury fell into a coma after staff failed to give her insulin. She died at Stafford Hospital in April 2007. The trust had previously admitted health and safety breaches in relation to the case.
