BREAKING NEWS 28 lakh loot in Vapi angadia firm VAPI: An angadia firm was targeted by three armed persons, who decamped with Rs 28 lakh cash from the office in the wee hours on Monday. Nimish Patel, an employee of the firm that has an office in Govinda Complex on national highway 8, told police that three persons barged into the office around 6.30 am and asked them to hand over the keys of the locker. They were armed with a pistol and knife, said AM Parmar, police inspector, Vapi. Most angadia firms are unwilling to transport cash these days fearing seizure by Election Commission IEC) squads. We have lodged a complaint of loot and under the Arms Act, Parmar said.
