BREAKING NEWS! IMPENDING DANGER IN MBANO LAND, AS OHAKIM AND ARARAUME SETs TO UNLEASH TERROR ON THE PEOPLE! Things has indeed fallen aparts between 2 brothers in Mbano, the centre could no longer hold, hence falcon could no longer see nor hears the falconet. Indeed things are no longer at ease in the LGA. In Isiala Mbano currently, many sons and daughters of the LGA are believed to be living in palpable tension and fear following the information gathered by yours faithful that the immediate past governor of the state Chief IKIRI Ohakim and Senator Ifeanyi Araraume, shall soon renew their long time political battle cum supremacy and titanic which has left so many people dead and burried for years and their respective communities destroyed. Feelers from their circle had it that as the political heat for 2015 guber election gathers momentum, the two political gladiators and their vagaries of supporters are at each others arms. The source who narrated about their impending ordeal said that Ohakim on hearing about the governorship ambition of Senator Ifeanyi Araraume, hurriedly declared his own ambition in order to frustrates araraume,s ambition and perhaps cause disaffection between themselves. He avers that their boys in Mbano have started recruiting thugs to start up unleashing mayhem to the innocent indigenes of Mbano people which he said have been enjoying security since the inception of Governor Rochas Okorocha,s government and leadership in the state.He made it clear that Mbano clan has witnessed a tremendous developments and calmness under Governor Okorocha, unlike when their Son Ikiri was on seat unleashing terror, mayhem and kidnapping to his own people. He seeks for God,s intervention and rapped it up by saying that the villagers must fight them to finish this time. However, on this note i had a lengthy phone conversation with a political pundit from Isiala Mbano, a no nonsense Man who made it clear to me that the 2 men from Mbano is never a blessing to them and entire Okigwe zone. He singled out Ohakim A.K.A Ikiri as a bad Son of the LGA and branded him a Traitor who has committed so many atrocities to Mbano because of his political greediness. He went down memory line concerning the political history of Okigwe Zone, especially Mbano in particular, he opined that Senator Ifeanyi Araraume could not boast of about 20% achievements for his Okigwe under the 8 years he held sway as a Senator representing them, rather he was very busy amassing wealth for himself in order to run for a governorship and ended up empowering so many political thugs. On Ohakim A.K.A Ikiri, he lampooned and lambasted him, calling him a political LIABILITY and DISASTER to the good people of Mbano and indeed Okigwe zone generally! Honestly, one could feels the pain at his heart cum expression filled with emotions as he continued to vibrate on the phone conversation with me. The Man further went far to the height of invoking spirits against Ohakim for wasting 4 years at DOUGLAS HOUSE OWERRI without achieving anything for their people as a governor. He revealed how Ohakim asphalted only his place in a road that actually criss crossed Araraume,s House and down to his own House hence he jumped Araraume,s areas perhaps due to greed and selfishness. He further made it clear that under Ohakim leadership in IMO state, that so many political kidnappers and Terror were unleashed on Mbano people which ought to have been celebrating with developments one of their own as governor hence reversed was the case. He opined how Ohakim was busy wasting IMO money on frivolities like political godfathers, CHOP MAKE I CHOP leadership through which he was able to built a FIVE STAR 100 rooms Hotels in South African, with a ton of 12 billion. At that point I exclaimed! He continued, revealing how he built company in China! Bought so many Houses for himself and his numerous Girlfriends, and even mentioned one Editor (name withheld) working for Thisday Newspaper as one of the beneficiaries.He said IKIRI amassed and misappropriated a lot of billions from IMO account without doing anything for Mbano people. At this point i almost shed tears listening to him. He summed it up by revealing to me why Mbano people shall support His Excellency, Governor Owelle Rochas Okorocha, mentioning Harvest of achievements of Governor Okorocha at the LGA that was never witnessed under the era of their Ikiri as chief executive. He enumerated them Such as (1) The construction of gigantic brand new General Hospital (2) The construction of so many health centres (3) The Constitution of CGC which hitter to has brought so many developments and peaceful co-existence to their communities. (4) The Construction of model storey school buildings, first of its kind to their LGA. (5) payments of stipends to the children of the poor masses of Mbano, as against political godfathers. (6) The Construction of so many roads both completed and ongoing at the LGA (7) The declaration of comprehensive Free Education to all levels which their children are also beneficiaries etc. He concluded by saying that political oblivion awaits the 2 political gladiators come 2015, hence he said that their LGA have resolved to teach them a lesson and has declared operation no mercy against them, as they are now free from their spell. He made some remarks about Speaker Benjamin Uwajumogu, pouring encomiums on him for using his position as a Speaker to transform Okigwe Zone by bringing developments that Araraume and Ikiri could not achieve, even with higher offices he concluded. Meainwhile, the 2 gladiators cum liabilities according to their brother, has intensified their efforts towards getting their party (PDP) governorship ticket. Feelers from their political apostasies/ supporters have their reservations and insinuations over the ticket. While Senator Araraume,s supporters is optimistic and of the views that their BOSS (araraume) shall get the ticket through Chief Tony Anenie, chairman PDP board of trustees, with the support of governor T.A Orji, Ikiri supporters on the other side believed that with the closeness of Mrs Chioma Ohakim, to the wife of Mr President Dame Patience Jonathan, that they are getting the party ticket. They further narrated how Madam Chioma Ohakim often time cook for Patience, clean her House, wash plates for her and above all follows her around in the name of favouring her husband for the party ticket. Chai! What a shame!!! Whichever way, may we fold our hands and watch as events unfold in Abuja and Mbano between the 2 power hungry men. What a pathetic situation to behold at Mbano! Though, i can only dream of conjugated fellows that indeed Governor Rochas shall eat like crackers biscuits come 2015. Ndewo nu!
