BREAKING NEWS MAKERERE TO PHASE OUT 31COURSES. The university of Makerere is set to phase out about 31 courses. In a move in line with the President’s suggestion. Other members include: Prof Barnabas Nawangwe, deputy vice chancellor [Finance], Prof J.B. Nyakana, Prof Jacob Agea, Dr Tumps Ireeta, Dr Margaret Mangeni and Prof Kiyaga Nsubuga. Mr Kabasa yesterday confirmed the move and the need to review the progress of the implementation of the 70 per cent incentive given to staff members after their strike.
