BREAKING NEWS....................................... On the train this morning, a person entered my carriage wearing boxing hand wraps, a hoodie and dark glasses looking very jittery and nervous. He moved towards a teenage girl (who was clearly distressed by his presence). His body language screamed trouble and he was scanning the bags and other loose items around him. I casually stood up as to move to the exit of the carriage as we approached the station. Positioning myself to engage should it become necessary. My eyes still fixed on him, as the train pulled into the station he lunged towards the girls bag. As he did so I "rushed" towards him "bursting" and subdued him with a take down and arm bar. Others then came to help me exit him from the train and subdue him while we waited for the transport police to arrive and take him away. ALWAYS BE ALERT & AWARE OF THE ENVIRONMENT YOU ARE IN AND BE PREPARED TO ENGAGE YOUR SKILSS SHOULD THE NEED ARISE.
