BREAKING NEWS…..San Antonio TX police Chief William McManus has been reported to the DOJ, the FBI and the Federal Court for providing false statements to US District Judge Rodriguez in an effort to make Free-Speech lawsuit 5:13-cv-00051 disappear. McManus is being sued along with Mayor Castro, city attorney Bernard and the City of San Antonio TX for illegally, unconstitutionally banning law-abiding citizens from City Hall and public meetings in an effort to conceal years of fraud/theft involving tens of millions of E911 and communications funds ………..grant fraud, accounting fraud, bond fraud, theft, falsification of documents, perjury, “fraud upon the court”, abuse of authority, color of the law, official oppression, ….etc. Councilpersons Diego M Bernal and Cris Medina are named for their active roles in the criminal conspiracy.
