Do you know; That the construction of Igbate Health centre was awarded to El-kapa Nig. Limited. No.5, 2nd east circular road, Benin city owned by Hon. Lucy omagbon in 2008 at the sum of N10.049.079.5 file no. ONELG/100/TI. The sum of N7.5M was collected and the project was abandoned. In 2013, the said project was re-awarded to herself in the sum of N56.133.864.00 and another N15m for the supply of health equipment. She collected N35m for the grading of roads in Odighi, Obaoenen and Utekon community that was never graded(file no.C-251). She stop 126 of the council staffs that were legally employed with appoitment letter, confirmation letter, promotion letter, even letter of educational training from work since june last year. 2 of the stopped staff died recently during the struggle and many of them have been thrown into hunger, pains, starvation and psycological trauma(the case is before the industral high court in Akure).
