Cass Sunstein, a man in Obamas administration, has spent over 6 years perfecting his technique to infiltrate 9/11 truth groups to spread lies. Once his paper was created, shortly after, the no plane theory, the particle beam theory and the mini nuke theory suddenly became viral online. Using his paper, and other psychological techniques, government agents actually HAVE created millions of fake accounts on social media to attempt and spread hoaxes.
