#BREAKING: The Iowa Economic Development Authority today awarded CHI projects in Clinton and West Des Moines $3 million each. The funds will allow preservation of two historic school buildings: The former Phenix Elementary School in West Des Moines will become 17 apartment units; the former Roosevelt School Administration Building in Clinton will become 16 apartments. City leaders in both communities have been very supportive to these projects and we thank them and all our other partners for making these projects possible.
