BREWSTER UPDATE: We just returned from the vet. He does have a skin infection and we got meds to take for a couple weeks. He also had infection in his ears. I mentioned to her they have been horribly dirty lately. They cleaned them out and put some kind of medicine inside thats suppose to take care of it. Hes not good for strangers anymore, I think he bit all of us at least once. I also paid for them to cut his nails and they did an excellent job with those. He came home, went out to potty, then went inside where its cool and sacked out in his bed. I am so glad to have this little trip over with. He has not gained weight. He is at 13.8 and Im pretty sure thats what he weighed in January. I was concerned about weight gain since I do give him a little food any time he begs for it. I cant stand for him to be hungry since thats his quality of life.. Eating. The vet told me to have him on this medicine about a week then give him a bath since its so hard to do anyway.
