**BRIEF STATEMENT** We are very sad to note that due to an increase in attacks both verbal and cyber in our bid to further the debate on Scotlands future, we have been forced to take a hard-line and consult with Police Scotland. We are not able to make extensive comment on the matter, but can indicate that we have experienced a number of hacking attempts and attacks on our voluntary team for the use of our name with the universal gender-neutral associated term Statesman, but are continuing to note, record and document all incidents as they arise to ensure our service to you, our reader community can continue fairly, peacefully and progressively towards our shared goal.
