Then follow all onscreen entry instructions to complete and submit the entry form (each a “Direct Entry(ies)”). Please note: you must be a member of Facebook to enter. Additional Entry: After you enter the Sweepstakes, you can also earn an additional entry by sharing the Sweepstakes by clicking on the Share button on the Sweepstakes Entry Page (Referral Entry). You may only share the Sweepstakes with persons with whom you have an existing relationship and you can only earn one (1) Referral Entry during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Direct Entries and Referral Entries are each an Entry and the person submitting the Entry will be deemed the entrant (“Entrant”). Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. Selection of Winner: One (1) Winner will be selected in a random drawing held by Sponsor on or about 1/20/15 from all eligible Entries received. Notification of Winner: The potential winner will be notified via the email they provided at entry and will be required to contact Sponsor within 5 days of their notification to provide an address to send an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (“Release”) which also has to be signed and returned within seven (7) days of the date of winning notification; otherwise the prize will be forfeited, and the Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate randomly selected Winner. Prize: One prize will be awarded consisting of a trip to Las Vegas, Nevada (“Location”) for the winner and a guest and two (2) VIP tickets to attend Britney Spears Piece of Me concert scheduled for January 28, 2015 (the “Event”) at the Las Vegas Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, located in Las Vegas, Nevada Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prize is $1,699.00 depending on location of winner and fares at time of departure. Trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation for two to and from a major commercial airport in the United States near the winner’s primary residence and the Location, as determined by Sponsor (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Location); two (2)-nights hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only) and a Visa Gift Card valued at $300 to cover ground transportation to and from the airport or any other expenses. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to, ground transportation, food, beverages, baggage fees, additional hotel amenities or fees and gratuities, are the responsibility of winner and guest. If actual value of prize is lower than the stated ARV when prize is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded. Travel, hotel and other accommodations are subject to availability. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. If selected prize winner is unable to travel on dates specified, tentatively scheduled for 1/27/15-1/29/15 the selected prize winner will forfeit the prize and an alternative winner will be selected. Sponsor will not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage and/or personal property. All travel dates are subject to change in Sponsors’ sole discretion. The Prize is non-transferable and not substitution by winner or cash equivalent is allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. All fees, federal, state, local or other expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner. An IRS form 1099 will be awarded in the name of the winner for the retail value of the prize. General: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, at any time to disqualify any Entry that is deemed ineligible or for any reason that the Sponsor feels is necessary and/or appropriate, including without limitation, if that Entrant has not complied with these Official Rules or has interfered, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, with the proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
