BROTHERHOOD OF THE CROSS AND STAR EDO STATE. PAPER PRESENTED BY APOSTLE JOHN OMON ESENE ON THE OCCASION OF THE 13TH EDO DAY ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION AT THE STATE HEADQUARTER 146 UPPER-IGUN STREET, BENIN CITY, EDO STATE. TOPIC: CAN GOD COME INTO THIS WORLD IN HUMAN FORM?. INTRODUCTION The scripture says that God is a spirit and they that worship Him must do so in spirit and in truth (St. John chapter 4 vs 24). Can God come down into this world and dwell among man in human form? How can we be able to identify God in human form in the midst of all the human beings dwelling on the surface of the earth? The purpose of this book is to discuss this very important topic and enable us to know that God Almighty can come into this earth plane in human form. As mankind draw closer to the climax of history, it is extremely imperative for those destined to enter into the New Kingdom of God, to have adequate knowledge and understanding of the basic teachings of the Supernatural Teacher Leader Olumba Olumba Obu; the Supreme being who is here on earth in human form. As the God of power, wisdom and might, He has demonstrated in all ramifications all the powers of the Supreme Godhead by mere spoken word. It is therefore mandatory for us who are members of the New Kingdom –“Brotherhood of the Cross and Star” to be well acquainted with the teachings of the Holy Father, which are quite relevant to our existence here on earth. The practice of these teachings qualify us for the New Kingdom of God. To those who are yet to be baptized into this Fold - BCS, it is equally important for them to be adequately enlightened about the teachings of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu, as His teachings will correct their misconceptions and misinformation about Brotherhood of the Cross and Star and the Holy Father Leader Olumba Olumba Obu. To those of us who have been privileged to know Him, He is the Spirit of God in Human form; the fulfillment of the promise of Our Lord Jesus Christ as recorded in St. John chapter 14 vs 16 – 17, St. John chapter 14 vs 26, St. John chapter 16 vs 7 – 13, etc. The qualities of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu Who possesses all the virtues of the Holy Spirit have identified Him as God in human form. Tell the world to stop gazing at the sky, as nothing will descend from the sky. Search through the scriptures if you will find any portion which says that any person has ever descended from the sky, or will ever land from the sky. It is only through the womb of a woman that human beings come into the world. Thank You Father for giving me the privilege to present this message in the Name of our Lord and King, His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu, now and forevermore. Amen. THE MISSION OF LEADER OLUMBA OLUMBA OBU. According to the Holy Father Leader Olumba Olumba Obu, the Sole Spiritual Head of the Universe; “My mission is to do what no man or Angel has ever done in this world”. God sent His prophets like Samuel, Elijah, John the Baptist and Our Lord Jesus Christ to the world, but the people of the world persecuted them and killed them. Now He has come by Himself sending no one again. The Holy Spirit has come in human form to teach and transform mankind and to lead, rule and reign forever more. The New Kingdom of God has been established here on earth by God Himself in fulfillment of the prophesy of Daniel as recorded in the book of Daniel chapter 2 vs 44 over 4,000 (four thousand) years ago. “And in the days of those kings shall the God of Heaven set up a Kingdom, which shall never be destroyed; and the Kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in piece and consume all these Kingdoms. And it shall stand forever”. The mission of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu is quite unique and significant. His mission distinguishes Him as a unique entity Who’s like has never been, nor will ever be. His teachings, admonitions and mysteries revealed there in are beyond human comprehension. His spoken words, spiritual manifestations and divine interventions speak very loudly about His mission on earth. Almost two decades ago, the Supreme Father during the Bible class at the World Headquarters in Calabar, said that He has not come to teach the word of God in theory but in practice. He also said that His major assignment is to reform a sinner and bring him to the standard required by God. Let the people of the world come nearer to Olumba for their protection and salvation. In this age and time, the only Being that man should seek and follow, in order to have life and passage into the kingdom of God is Leader Olumba Olumba Obu. His divine power, wisdom and might are of such magnitude and dimension that no one can equal, neither in this generation nor in the generation to come. THE NEW KINGDOM OF GOD ON EARTH The prophecies about the New Kingdom of God on earth have been fulfilled. “Brotherhood of the Cross and Star” is the New Kingdom of God on earth as established by the Holy Father Leader Olumba Olumba Obu, in fulfillment of the scriptures as revealed in the book of Daniel chapter 2 vs 44“And in the days of those kings shall the God of Heaven set up a Kingdom, which shall never be destroyed; and the Kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these Kingdoms. And it shall stand forever”. Today you can see that the process where the Kingdom of God will break the kingdoms of this world to piece has already started. PROPHECIES FULFILLED In the Lord’s Prayer, Christ taught His Disciples to pray in this manner “Our Father Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name; Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven (St. Matthew chapter 6 vs 9 – 10). Prophet Isaiah saw this Kingdom as a mountain of the Lord. In Isaiah chapter 2 vs 2 – 5 “And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD’S house shall be established in the top of the mountains and shall be exalted above the hills and all nations shall flow into it. And many people shall go and say, come ye and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob, and he will teach us of his ways; and we will walk in His paths; for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. And He shall judge among the nations and shall rebuke many people; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares; and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more. O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of the LORD. In the book of Revelation chapter 11 vs 15, the seventh Angel sounded; and there were great voices in Heaven, saying, the kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of Our Lord and of His Christ; and He shall reign forever and ever. Also, John the Divine saw this Kingdom established with man on earth. Revelation chapter 21 vs 3 – 4 says “And I heard a great voice out of Heaven saying; behold the Tabernacle of God is with men; and He will dwell with them and they shall be His people, and God Himself shall be with them and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away. From the above witnesses according to the scriptures, you will agree with me that the New Kingdom of God is already on earth. It is Brotherhood of the Cross and Star. THE RULER OF THIS ETERNAL KINGDOM There is no kingdom without a king and no king without a kingdom. Who then is the Ruler of this Eternal Kingdom (Brotherhood of the Cross and Star), He is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. This is confirmed in the book of Revelation chapter 19 vs 16 “And He hath on His vesture and on His thigh a name written, KINGS OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS. Also, He is the word of God and God Himself – St. John chapter 1vs 1. For more witnesses; read the following portions of the Holy Bible; Daniel chapter 7 vs 13 – 14, Isaiah chapter 9 vs 6 -7, Revelation 12 vs 5, etc. He is born of a woman – Revelation chapter 12 vs 5. He is an Edomite (from the black race) with dyed garment (Isaiah chapter 63 vs 1 – 3). And He was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood; and His Name is called the word of God. (Revelation chapter 19 vs 13) –“THE NEW NAME”. He is here with a new Name, not Jesus Christ again. Revelation chapter 19 vs 12 says “His eyes were as a flame of fire; and on His Head were many crowns; and He had a Name written, that no man knew, but He Himself. Also, Revelation chapter 2 vs 17 says, He that hath an ear let him hear what the Spirit saith onto the Churches; to him that overcometh will I give to eat of the Hidden Manna and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new Name is written, which no man knoweth saving He that receiveth it. Also, read Revelation chapter 3 vs 12, Isaiah 62 vs 2, Revelation chapter 22 vs 4, etc. THE EFFICACY OF THE SCRIPTURES The scriptures are the manifestations of Christ as God. All what is nominated from the first verse of the first chapter of Genesis, to the last verse of the last chapter of the book of Revelation of John the Divine must all be fulfilled. Our Lord Jesus Christ said that “Heaven and earth shall pass away but the words of God shall not pass away (St. Luke chapter 21vs 33). It was stated that a virgin shall bring forth a male child and He shall be called Emmanuel, meaning God with us, and Virgin Mary gave birth to Our Lord Jesus in fulfillment of that prophecy. It was stated in the Holy Bible that Elijah shall come before the Messiah and Elijah did come as John the Baptist. This prophecy was fulfilled in the same way as it was said that Jesus who was taken up into Heaven will come in like manner as you have seen Him go into Heaven (Acts chapter 1 vs 11). Jesus Christ was taken up into Heaven as a human being and not a spirit. Since the beginning of the world, no one has ever jumped down from Heaven to dwell with men on earth. The Revelation of John the Divine in Revelation chapter 12 vs 5 says “And she brought forth a man Child Who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron; and her child was caught up unto God and to His throne. So He is here on earth, born by a woman and not by a virgin. And so we should not gaze at the sky, but let us search the scriptures, look at the word of prophecy and believe because God will never fly down from the sky as people think. CONCLUSION We are now in the age of consummation and a time for the judgment of God upon all things created by Him, visible and invisible. The calamities around the world today goes to show the fulfillment of the prophetic statements of Our Lord Jesus Christ as recorded in the scriptures, St. Matthew chapter 24 vs 3 – 8, St. Matthew chapter 24 vs 21 – 22, etc. The judgment day is at hand; and how can the wicked ones escape the judgment of God. The world is in a most pitiable condition arising from disobedience to the word of God, and refusal of man to acknowledge the truth in order to have eternal life. The book of 2nd Peter chapter 3 vs 6 – 7 says “Wherefore the world that then was, been overflowed with water perished. But the Heaven and the earth, which are now, by the same word, are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the Day of Judgment and perdition of ungodly men. For those of us who have been privileged to identify with the Holy Spirit personified Leader Olumba Olumba Obu, and has also endured all things over the years. Let us rejoice and be glad for our eyes have seen salvation, in the Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen. May the spirit of the Almighty Abba Father and His First Begotten Son His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu remain and abide with us all, now and forevermore. Amen.
