BT rant: I am very disappointed with some of the ppl on espn who played in the nfl,ie: aaron pierce,damien woody....to try and vilify jonathan Martin for breaking some perceived code is complete BS...as fricking leaders of the dolphins those guys were supposed to protect the weakest link and build an environment where all succeed.epic failure ..thats why captains/ leaders should b picked by coaches should not b a popularity contest leaders r not always to b liked or loved but they should b respected ,feared and trusted...feared becuz u know they will get on u if u do wrong ,bully or ostracize others,u know ur leader is there for all of u...in Miami the problem started when they picje incognito and ware,both extortionists , as leadership council members..sad situation...and I have lost respect for those 2 analysts ..again Martin had to feel he had no out and he wanted it to stop..he did the right thing....
