BTC Application Form 2013 Selection Procedure For BTC Basic Training Certificates are offered by many State Governments to all those candidates who would like to make a career in the field of imparting education and become a qualified teacher. Applications are invited from Uttar Pradesh State Government who are seeking this certificate. The course of Basic Training Certificate is managed and regulated by SCERT or State Council of Educational Research and Training located in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Details of the Course # Name of the course- BTC or Basic Training Certificates # Offered By- Uttar Pradesh Government # The course is managed and regulated by- SCERT or State Council of Educational Research and Training Online Registration Of BTC 2013 Eligibility Criteria # The candidates who would like to apply for this course need to fulfil minimum qualification of clearing graduation examination # This qualifying examination need to be passed with minimum fifty percent marks # For candidates belonging to Schedule tribe, Schedule caste, freedom fighters, ex-servicemen, physically handicapped and other backward classes, five percent relaxation will be given in accordance to the rules and regulations of the government.
