If you can tolerate grains well, this is a great grain to implement in a healthy, whole foods diet. So, if you are trying to avoid high gluten grains, try buckwheat:o) Try it: *as a porridge *as part of a gluten free flour mixture *in granola *in overnight cereal *toasted, added to muffins *reduce 1/2 your flour in cookies and replace with buckwheat flour
