BURGER JOCKEY WANTED ....Have you been to The Dogs Bollocks? If not, best you make a trip down here. We are looking for a new front man/woman so it is important that you come for dinner to see how my business partner (Nigel) operates and take notes on how he interacts with people. It truly is something magical. Not just your average restaurant experience. It is imperative that you have A BIG PERSONALITY. No meek and mild chef is gonna cut it here. We are looking for a very specific kind of person actually. We need to be able to tick all the boxes. If you are that person there will be huge opportunities for you to grow with the business and we have huge plans for the future but we cant do it without the right people on board. For now we need someone to work a few nights a week but you will also need to fill in for a few day shifts here and there. You will be expected to take inventory of stock, serve customers, cook the food, serve drinks & clean down tables. Put it this way- Its not your average cheffing job but thats what makes it such an awesome position to fill. For someone like me who gets bored of doing the same thing repetitively... this is the right job for you!Basically we need someone with fresh energy, ready to take on the world with new inspiring recipes. Take the opportunity by the balls and bring in some ideas of items that you would add to our menu, both day and night and lets see if we are on the same page.
