So they go for the best cars, expensive clothes, equipment, jewellery etc, They even move into an expensive accommodation, and yet do not possess the ability to sustain these assets; or in this case, liabilities. In a short while they lose the ability to manage the things theyve acquired. Hence the term, FROM GRACE TO GRASS. They cant maintain the cars. Cant pay their rents because it is way beyond what they can handle. In life, dont try to belong. You have a class. And that class is only measured by you. Dont use another mans yardstick to measure where you belong. You are only in a race with yourself. Dont try to compete with others in life. Only compete with yourself. How? By outdoing your past. Dont get me wrong. These are all good stuff, and we all need good stuff in our lives. But be careful about prioritisation. Learn wisdom and live. Build your business. Let your business build your house. When you develop your business first, you are stabilizing your foundation to carry the weight of your house. And mark you, when I say business I do not refer to your paid job. I dont mean what you are paid because you worked. I mean what you do to fetch you money even while you are sleeping. Dangote, Donald Trump, Richard Branson; these guys can afford just about anything in the world. But first, they had to develop their business first. Now they can build their houses without any stress. So, learn this simple secret. It can save you a whole lot of hassles in life. Develop your business first, before building your house.
