BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - South America Location: Sao Paulo, SP, BR We are looking for a Business Development Manager (South America) for our office in São Paulo In your role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and capturing new business / partnership opportunities in the Bus Transportation sector South America. The main focus of this role is to develop and grow the new business through creating and making sustainable and profitable deals for the Primove portfolio. Main activities of this position to ensure the above mentioned missions are: 1. Lead Development of New Opportunities - Build up a pipeline of opportunities to ensure that sales targets are met - Overall responsible of South American order intake target - Create a Bid & Execution Organization centralized in South America (Sales Manager, application engineer and bid manager, Project Manager) - Provide direction to the Bid Department including Training, Price level, Clear capture plan. - Accurately reporting the Primove Sales pipeline and opportunities to management 2. Competitive Intelligence - Ensure proper feedback on competitive environment, alternative solutions, Price level, customer feedback - Ensure that the market requirements are collected and that roadmaps are aligned to create competitive solutions and provide guidance for the Primove development activities. 3. Collaborate with different stakeholders to meet sales objectives , Bid, PM, legal, Eng 4. Coach and train team in line with company and HR objectives, carry out regular development conversations and performance reviews Qualifications - Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering - Hold a MBA in Business Strategy or Sales & Marketing - Have experience in technical diversified international projects - Have commercial (deal making, structuring and negotiation) and financial management (budget, achieving project and financial targets) experiences - Are fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
