They have poor vision, but great sense of smell, which help them sniff out food from underneath roots and fallen leaves. They dig it out with their boar-like tusks. Popkins spend most of their days searching for acorns, mushrooms, earthworms and small bugs. Its pretty easy to befriend a Popkin, just give them a bite to eat and theyll always be friendly towards you. 12cm (5 inches) tall. Details are cast in resin and the body is soft (no joints or skeleton armature inside), they have some plastic pellets in their bellies to give them good balance. Their necklaces are made real raccoon/water rat/opossum teeth and wooden beads. Each one of my dolls comes with a wooden tag signed and dated proofing that this is an original doll made by Remjie. Attention! This is a piece of art. Not a toy for small children. Completely handmade, one of a kind.
