BUYER TIP staying with in your budget: It might seem like Im stating the obvious, but when searching for a home be honest with yourself and stay within your said budget. Dont look at homes severely out of your budget and drive yourself nuts and waste your time hoping for the stars to aline,prayers to be answered, and a pardon from the president to get a seller to accept your offer thats $30,000-$50,000 less than the asking/listing price, because the likelihood that your offer will be accepted is SLIM to none! More importantly, you will probably lose the oppurtunity to purchase a home that would have met all your needs and be within your budget. Moral of the story, know your budget, the market and be honest with yourself through out the process, otherwise the results will be a lot of disappointment, frustration,time wasted and heartache.
