BUYERS BEWARE: Emma Louise Harbound is a cheat and a lair Almost a week and a half ago in my urgency to get a new phone that was badly needed I responded to her post advertising for a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 in SALISBURY EAST for $400 after a bit of haggling we agreed on $300, however she claimed that she had moved to TINTARA and that she would happily post it as she worked in the Post office for her grandparents... I asked her for a PayPal account and she said she didnt have one, initially I was reluctant in further dealings however in my need to get a phone urgently I disregarded my thoughts. She had asked me to wire the money directly into her account as she gave me her details including her licence number. She has now blocked me after numerous attempts of trying to contact her as to when my phone would arrive, she has taken my money and I obviously understand that this was a bad decision on my behalf but now I warn each of you not to do further business with this women as she wont follow through, and if she reads this the police have been contacted and have identified her account number and will be contacting her in a few days :)
