This sales promo is open all duly-registered members or Accredited Sales Agents (ASA) of Business Without Capital (BWC) and to the public. By definition, in this sense an ” ASA” means any individual existing member of BWC, walk-in customer/s who sign/s up and attend/s the BWC seminar or any association, cooperative, group or any juridical person or corporate entity who signs a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) or any equivalent form with Business Without Capital (BWC ), with the purpose to market and sell BWC products to its members and the public, is entitled to join and participate in this First Anniversary “Buy1, Take 1” Sales Rally of Business Without Capital. 2. This Sales Rally is a simple contest whereby the ASA who attains the highest total Cash Value Score (CVS) on all products, based on personal product purchases from BWC, and his/her personal sales, be it from person-to-person sales, “Apak- Apak” Center, institutional and/or corporate accounts against the set monthly targets leading to the total sales goal for the period shall be declared the Grand Prize winner. In short, both product purchases of an ASA and his/her personal sales will be counted. 3. This Sales Rally is retroactive August 30 until December 31, 2014. 4. The estimated Grand Total Sales Target (TST) per ASA for the 4-month sales rally is P 37,500,000.00+. 5.
