Baal Sant Sahil Maharaj appeals for security owing to life threats Jammu, Sept 3: In an emergency called press conference on Tuesday Baal Sant Sahil Maharaj made stunning disclosure that some members of the “Sadu Samaj” are consistently giving him life threats via goons and social networking sites besides couple of times have tried to kill him during the past. Expressed his grave concern over these consistently increasing life threats to him he demanded round the clock security and appealed to initiate an inquiry into the matter to expose and book the main culprits. Briefing to the media persons he said that the some vested interest members of the “Sadu Samaj” are incessantly giving him life threats via yobs asking him to stop organizing “Bagwat Katha” and even have tried to kill him couple of time during the past over which many times he has registered complaint with the police. He also apprised them about the recent incident in which an unknown person was sending him threatening and vulgar text messages on Whatsapp and when he was contacted telephonically he did verbal abuse with him and his PSO. After this a complaint was launched against him at police post Jodian and the said person got arrested also and has been identified as Rahul Sharma son of Parshotam Sharma resident of Jodian, but still the entire facts has not been revealed by the police. He said that he has also informed the IG, DIG and SSP besides minister for culture, housing and horticulture Raman Bhalla about this and has appealed them to provide him round the clock security besides inquiry of the matter to expose the nefarious designs and designers who want to kill him.
