Experience Minimum two years relevant work experie nce preferably in government academic institutes, organizations / rep uted private sector organizations. Incumbent is expected to perform following duties : 1] Handle / answer all incoming calls / inquiries. 2] Re-direct calls, take/pass on messages. 3] Greet, assist and/or direct visitors, students a nd the general public by maintaining staff and department directories. 4] Gather information from concerned sections about ongoing events/programs to facilitate enquiry handling. 5] Coordinate front office movement. 6] Maintain event log. 7] Receive / handover courier/postal deliveries.
