Babe e-spinner modifications, too date: 1) Remove brake. Replace with the round bungee card of the right length and diameter. 2. Saw a bit off each dowel on the flyer. Otherwise it catches on the belt. It will make it hard to fill the big end of the bobbin. I just manually wrap back there now and them. 3. Used a bungee card (same size as the one I am using for a brake. 4. Added a washer between bobbin and flyer. I want to get a quieter rubber washer one day at the hardware store. 5) today I added a dimmer switch I got on eBay. I wired it between the motor itself and the electrical plug. Im not going to give directions for the wiring (if you dont know how, get help. Seems good right now. About to test the dimmer.
